How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or you can DM us on instagram.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We would require 48 hours notice for all grazing boxes. 
I need to modify or cancel my order?
To change the date and/or contents of your order please contact us by email at olivooasis@gmail.com or DM us via instagram with your order number and name. Orders will not be modified over the phone or messenger.
Do you do corporate deliveries?

Can I customize a grazing box?
Yes, let us know what you would like and we will do our best to make your vision come true!
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes, you can add your message at checkout under "special instructions for seller".
What if someone isn't home to receive the delivery?  
When ordering please ensure that someone will be home during the delivery. If this is a gift for someone else, we strongly advise that you check in with them to make sure that they or someone else can be home to receive the item. If our driver attempts the delivery and no one is home to receive it, they will contact us and we will attempt to reach the recipient or the customer who placed the order. If these attempts are unsuccessful we will leave the box in a safe place on the property to and send an image to the recipient via text. Please note that we are not responsible for the box if no one is available to receive it and the order is not refundable. Please make sure that someone will be home as we want to make sure your orders always gets into safe hands.
